India's Improv School

Critical people
change the world.

But what makes people critical?

Confidence in themselves.

We build that confidence — through the art of improvisational theatre. For children, professionals, and institutions across India.

Why We Exist

We didn't set out to
build an improv school.

We set out to fix something broken. India is full of brilliant people with ideas they never share, opinions they never voice, and instincts they never trust. Not because they lack intelligence. Because somewhere along the way, they stopped believing their voice was worth hearing.

Improv is not what we teach. It's how we teach. It's the most powerful framework for building humans who are present, adaptable, and unafraid — and it's been hiding in plain sight for 2,400 years.

Our Mission

To empower every child and professional to face the world — confidently, adaptably, and fearlessly.

Our Vision

A generation of Indians who grow up unafraid to stand up, speak up, and show up — on any stage, in any room, in any country.

“Put some confidence in them.”

Critical people change the world.

They challenge ideas. They ask why. They refuse the obvious answer.

They back themselves when nobody else does.

But critical thinking doesn't start in the mind.

It starts in the gut.

It starts with a child who believes their voice is worth hearing.

It starts with confidence.

India is full of brilliant people.

People with ideas that could change everything.

But they were taught to sit down. To follow. To not stand out.

We exist to give that back.

01For Teams & Organisations

Your team has
the ideas. They just
don't trust them yet.

Leaders who freeze under pressure. Teams who say yes but never yes and. Professionals who have the answer but not the confidence to give it. Six hours of improv changes that — permanently.

The most important thing
you can give a child
isn't knowledge.

It's the confidence to use it. Our structured 4-level Improv School program builds public speaking, critical thinking, and stage confidence — one level at a time. Certificate after every level. Live performance after every level.

What Is Improv

Most people think
improv is comedy.
It is not.

Improv is a 2,400-year-old performance art where everything is created in the moment. No scripts. No preparation. Just presence, instinct, and the ability to build on what is in front of you.

At Stage IQ, we do not use improv to make people funny. We use it because it is the most powerful framework ever developed for building humans who think fast, speak clearly, and connect authentically.

Why Improv Works

Improv doesn't teach you what to think.
It trains you to trust what you think.

In real time. Under pressure. In front of people. That's the skill. That's the difference.

Kishore
Raghunathan

Kishore didn't learn improv in India. There was nowhere to learn it. He went to Sydney, trained at the same institutions that shape performers for international stages, completed the highest certification available — and performed in Australia. Then he came back and built what didn't exist: a proper improv school for India.

His gentle, energetic teaching style makes children feel safe to take risks, makes professionals feel free to be human, and makes every room feel like a stage.
